These Terms of Service govern your use of Carbonly.ai's AI-powered carbon accounting and sustainability reporting platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Carbonly provides a subscription-based carbon accounting service. You retain all rights to your data. We provide the service subject to availability and these terms. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to attempt to breach its security. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Either party may terminate in accordance with the agreement.
You own the data you upload to Carbonly. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. Our Data Processing Addendum lists sub-processors including cloud hosting (AWS) and AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload data that includes personal information of third parties.
Pricing is based on a monthly account keeping fee plus per-project license. Your specific plan is set out in your Order Form. Fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Either party can terminate the agreement in line with the termination clauses in the Order Form.
