Built by operators who lived the problem.

Carbonly is built from 18 years inside Australia's largest mining and energy producers. We shipped the same NGER reports you do, stared at the same supplier invoices, chased the same missing fuel dockets. Carbonly is what we wished existed.

Why Carbonly exists

Australian compliance teams spend 600 plus hours a year collecting carbon data from spreadsheets, emails, and supplier portals. Meanwhile AASB S2 mandatory climate disclosure is rolling out for ASX200 reporters with Group 2 starting 1 July 2026, ASRS Group 3 following in 2027, and limited assurance under ASSA 5010 applying from Year 1. The tooling that existed when we started forced a choice: buy an ESG suite designed for annual reports, or hand the problem to a consultant to rebuild in a bespoke spreadsheet each year. Neither option was defensible under assurance.

Carbonly is the system we wanted when we were on the operator side. The work is already done when you log in. Documents collected, emissions calculated, data checked, reports drafted. You review, approve, move on.

Who Carbonly serves

Tier 1 contractors, ASX200 operators, NGER reporters, ASRS Group 2 and 3 entities, sustainability consultants scaling their practice across multiple clients, joint venture operators who need equity-share consolidation. Construction, mining, property, infrastructure, energy, financial services. Built for complex multi-site operations running real reporting obligations, not for bolt-on ESG dashboards.

What we believe

Sustainability teams should reduce emissions, not type numbers from PDFs. Audit-ready is the only version of carbon reporting that matters, every number traceable to a source document. AI augments expert judgement, directors still sign off. Consultants are partners, not competition. Data sovereignty is core, not a checkbox.
