Integrations

Connect Carbonly with the systems your carbon data already lives in. OneDrive, SharePoint, and Gmail pull utility bills and supplier invoices automatically. Per-project email addresses let site managers forward documents without logging in. REST API and webhooks for custom integrations. MCP server for AI assistants.

Document sources

OneDrive and SharePoint via OAuth with automatic token refresh and recursive folder sync. Per-project email addresses (yourproject@mail.carbonly.ai) for forwarded supplier invoices and delivery dockets. Direct file upload through the web interface. Eight supported formats: PDF, Excel, CSV, Word, PowerPoint, RTF, images, scans.

Enterprise systems

ERP integrations via CSV export: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, Workday. Export material data, procurement records, or fleet logs from your system of record and Carbonly extracts the emissions-relevant fields. No direct write-back to your ERP, so there is no security or audit risk from Carbonly touching your financial system.

MCP server for AI

Carbonly exposes a Model Context Protocol server so any MCP-compatible AI assistant can query emissions, generate board packs, and run audit traces in natural language. OAuth-secured, tier-gated, auditable. Works with desktop, web, and IDE assistants that speak MCP. Learn more about MCP integration.

API and webhooks

REST API with scoped permissions, SHA-256 hashed API keys, IP allowlisting, 1,000 requests per hour default. Webhooks signed with HMAC-SHA256, configurable retries, severity filters, and custom headers. See the API documentation.
